How much does DVD digitization cost in Canada?

MemoryTransfer.ca charges $19.99 per DVD for 1–5 discs, $17.99/disc for 6–10 discs, and $15.99/disc for 11+ discs. All prices are in CAD and include cloud download delivery. HST applies.

Can I mail my DVDs to you from anywhere in Canada?

Yes! We accept DVDs mailed via Canada Post from anywhere in Canada. Shipping costs both ways are calculated at checkout based on your postal code.

How will I receive my digital files?

Accepted Answer

Digital files are delivered via secure cloud download link. You can also add a USB drive for an additional $10. Files are delivered as MP4 format, playable on any device.

What happens if a DVD is damaged and can't be transferred?

Accepted Answer

If a DVD is too damaged to transfer, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that disc. We attempt every disc with professional cleaning before making this determination.

Do you serve the Greater Toronto Area?

Yes! We offer free local drop-off in the GTA, as well as local pickup/courier service throughout the Greater Toronto Area including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, and Oakville.
